Assembly: Our Assembly department is capable of assembling a wide variety of products. If the volume calls for further automation then we’ll pursue the improvements as required.

Injection Molding: We offer over 25 years of Injection molding experience. By sharing expenses with other services offered, we can offer reduced press rates while controlling quality of your molded parts.

Injection mold making (tooling); project management: Finding quality plastic tooling & molding suppliers in additional to all of your other duties can be challenging. We’ll control quality through the crucial steps of tooling your plastic products to ensure the best plastic parts over the life of the tool.

Silk-Screening: We have been building our silk-screening network since 1980. We will gladly quote your silk-screening needs.

Pad Printing: Great Lakes Brush has been printing its products since the 1800’s. GLB starting pad printing for contract in 1989 and will print & ship your products today.

Packaging: Our contract packaging services are also a derivative of manufacturing our Brushes. We have a network of vendors to support your needs.

Plastic Product Development: We all know it can be challenging to develop new products. We’ll help with the engineering side of things so you can manage your projects.

Logistical support: We’ll help procure other BOM items; add them with other services offered by GLB, then drop-ship to your specified locations.
